Which credit card company should I trust?

I want to transfer a 10K balance and pay as little interest as I can. I will be paying just the minimum amount each month for as long as possible. Has anyone had experience with either of these two offers or companies.

Option 1 : Discover card 0% for life (really it%26#039;s just for 8months, but can be extended by making 2 purchases each month after that - they don%26#039;t require a minimum purchase amount). Min monthly payment is 2% of the balance.

Option 2 : Advanta Business card 2.99% for life (apparently no purcahse requirements, but the card member agreement has many %26quot;loop holes%26quot; that they can nail you with at their choosing). Min monthly payment is 2.25% of the balance.

For $10K, I%26#039;d go with Advanta, because I%26#039;d be surprised if your balance after 8 months would be less than $8K. As for the 2 purchases, buying stuff on credit is what got you the $10K debt in the first place.

You may want to call your current card company and work with them on a payment plan, they could stop your intrest rate for months, while you continue paying.
