1.Approxmalyty how long would i have to wait for the judge to make hes decision after going to court yesterday??

Would if i get hired by a temp angency and work for couple days and it ends and i get in the mail that i won will i still be able to recive benefits.

Hired by a temp agency and reported will not effect benefits up to that point. Going forward would be under the conditions of the temp employment ; you would probably still be elligible
