American Express.
You can transfer your miles (which you earn per dollar you spend) to any airline at any time.
Bank of America (US Airways) is offering a promotion right now where you get 25,000 miles on your first purchase, regardless of the amount. After that, you get 1 mile per dollar when you pay your balance in full.
Capitol One is the worst. You get a ticket after you spend $20,000 or something on the card.
