I got this offer in my email yesterday and am wondering if its legit? One thing thats really making me think its not legit is that they don%26#039;t do credit checks. Here look for yourself:

The offer is tricky, but what they are offering is legit. The reason they are able to provide you with credit without actually running a credit check (they do verify your ID with credit bureaus though) is because YOU provide your own collateral on the account. They match whatever amount you put into your secure account with a credit limit. So it isn%26#039;t like a normal credit card because of the failsafe collateral that you have to hold on the account, but they will report to credit bureaus which can potentially rebuild your credit.
