What should I do? I recieved a letter from stating that they lost a disc containing personal info about me including social sec#, DOB, address %26amp; etc. I called a spoke with the manager who only offered my a year of free credit monitoring. Does this seem right, should I have been offered more.

Just make sure you were talking with the real people and not some identity theft cons.
They don%26#039;t have to give you anything except request to have your info back.
