i near enough clear my bill each month and have had the card for 2 years yet never been offered an increase
Have you ever had a credit limit increase on a capital one credit card?credit union
I%26#039;ve had one for ages too.....and never got offered one either!
Have you ever had a credit limit increase on a capital one credit card? loan
Nope! They are crap!|||yes, it started at 锟?00 then after a few rises it is now alot more, but i do not always clear it, they like that better as they make more money, you can call them and ask to raise it. there an ok company as they go.|||I asked for an increase, but instead they sent me a new card with a much higher limit. They%26#039;d rather charge you $59 twice (annual fee for each card)|||Yes a 锟?0 increase after 3 years. Not brilliant but better than a poke in the eye I suppose.|||I had one and when I tried to close it they offered me a %26#039;better deal%26#039; with an increased limit. They don%26#039;t like to lose good payers so if you are the type to be sensible and manage your money well then try ringing them and explain you are considering closing the account because you need a better credit limit. It may prompt them to increase it if that is what you really want?! Seriously though my advice is to live within the money you have and not to create a state where you are borrowing too much ahead of your earnings. Better to save the money in a bank, pay cash and have no debts! Managed it once in life so far and the feeling was so liberating and fantastic!|||Yep, I had one years ago, and my limit went from 锟?50-锟?000 in around 18 months.|||get rid of cap one, they offer no fraud protection, but if not the phone them|||..HI, I have had a credit limit increase the reason is only as I had always paid on time and had no problems with them. nothing wrong with the card its the person who uses it and get into debt. I had an 800 limit increase this too 1800 cos am good with the card cheers .|||Yes I have, but I was a Platinum card holder for over 10 years.
I recently dropped them for increasing my rate from 6.99 to 12.99 for absolutely no reason!
Try %26quot;First National Bank of Omaha%26quot; if you can, they are a MUCH better company.
For other comparisons try this website:
www.bankrate.com|||You can phone them up and ask for one, that is what i did and got an increase from 锟?,000 to 锟?,000 straight away.|||Within 6 months my limit went from锟?50 to a helluva lot more I asked why but never got a sensible answer..And its just gone up again...
