I%26#039;ve already paid for this month, but I got this great offer to transfer balances for a low interest rate to a card I have, but is paid off. I have read on my statement%26#039;s fine print on the card I have a balance on that they prefer you send payments with the payment coupon, and the envelope they provide. They only send 1 of those a month, and it might take as much as 4 weeks for the balance transfer to complete. Can I send 2 checks, 1 from the card company for the transfer, and 1 from my checking account? How do I send the transfer check from my currently paid off card to my card I owe on, without risking the payment not clearing before the card%26#039;s due date? Can I do this without a payment stub? Are there additional fees for paying before they send a bill?

You can send an extra payment. I have done many times.
Look at your statement, there should be a payment address listed. Take a regular envelope and send it out.
Put your account number on the memo section of the check.

I just send in the coupon for the whole amount and the next bill, if you get it, just pay the minimum. If you over pay you%26#039;ll have a credit on the other one.|||Can you not pay online? I%26#039;d be surprised if you can%26#039;t! If so monitor the balance online and make minimum payments as necessary.
But if by snail mail:
1) When you do get your next bill, simply photocopy it. Send one payment with the original bill and envelope, and send the smaller minimum payment along with the photocopy in an envelope addressed to the billing address.
2) Alternatively, you really almost certainly would have no trouble just mailing a minimum payment in an envelope to the billing address, along with a letter that says: %26quot;Enclosed is a payment of $XX, please apply that to Visa Card account number 1234-5678-9012-3456.%26quot; (And write the card account number on the check if you don%26#039;t already always do that.)
I used to do that all the time.
