Many times, extremely low interest rates like that will come with %26#039;stings%26#039; attached. For example, the Pulaski Bank Visa has a low APR of 7.99%. But it has an annual fee of $35-$50 and a very low credit limit of $10,000. How much will you really benefit from such a low APR if you have annual fees and a low credit limit???

What you see is not what you get. You need to read the fine print and compute if the apr is compounded monthly or annually? Are there other offers with lower apr in the market? Does the card offer reward points? Can these be encashed / used to pay the charges ? Are there any joining charges? What is the late payment penalty? How many establishments in the US and internationally will honor it ?

Draw up a comparision on the above with the others and you have your answer|||Good offer, wish I had that rate!
