Can you suggest a credit card that has a great airmile/travel program?

I currently use a Mastercard that does offer air miles, but there are some issues about this card that I do not like. I recently used this card with my airmiles, and found out that I could only use airmiles for a ticket with a max. value of $400. I had to pay the balance on the ticket price, plus 25,000 airmile points.

I also found out that my airmiles will expire in 5 years if they are not used up.

Positive things about this card include, any airline, and no annual fee.

I know there are many companies out there that offer airmile perks. I am looking for a card that has a better airmile program.

my ex wife had a Contenintal Credit Card. She paid a fee but got points for travel and stuff. When we rented a car, she got like $75 off the rental as part of her rewards.

I just get points on flights and do not pay fees on my cards. Same difference if you ask me.
